Shipping

To offer the lowest total cost, all orders are sent via registered airmail using the South African Post Office. A tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped. Depending on your country, please allow 2 – 4 weeks for delivery.

Example shipping times:

• Shipping to a town close to Boston, USA took just 10 days (ordered on 2015-06-02; arrived 2015-06-12).
• Shipping to a town close to Stirling, Scotland took 11 days (ordered on 2015-06-11; arrived 2015-06-22).

Warranty

All products have been tested prior to shipping and is shipped in protective anti-static packaging. The product is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover incorrect application, improper supply voltage or misuse. Piconomic Design’s liability shall be limited to replacing the product or giving a full refund if you are not entirely satisfied. In no case shall the liability exceed the original cost of the product.
